In-person registration

Thank you for registering for the April PEVA meeting. All forms and documents will be posted here by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Reminders:

• All reports and announcements are due at the PEVA office on Friday, April 11, 2025.

• Meal tickets are $5.00 cash or check. Checks are made payable to PEVA

• Childcare is available by reservation only. Parents provide snacks/lunch/beverage for children. Children 7 and under only. No meds given. Please contact Lynnhaven at (757) 340-2897 by Thursday, April 24 if you need childcare. 

• The meeting starts at 10:00. Doors open at 9:00 am.

• Motions or amendments to motions are to be provided to the Clerks in writing. This rule will be enforced. Forms are available from the Clerks. 

• Any papers or other documentation not included in the Presbytery Packet or Pick-up Packet must be approved by two-thirds vote of the members present to be distributed at the meeting.

• “Speak Out” has been discontinued. In lieu of “Speak Out” commissioners may send announcements/slides to the PEVA office for inclusion in the PowerPoint presentation by Friday, April 11, 2025.
